Driving positive change at Global Intrapreneur Summit

Global Intrapreneur Week June 8 -12, 2020 is being organized by The League of Intrapreneurs, BMW Foundation, Singularity U Canada and School for Social Entrepreneurs to celebrate the innovators driving positive change from within our most influential institutions.

It’s a is a virtual celebration of intrapreneurs and their work to shift systems from within. This free event will span over 5 days, across multiple time zones and feature inspiring talks and practical workshops from over 30 intrapreneurs, thought leaders and change agents based all around the globe. The spirit of the week is to hold space to:

  • Explore the powerful questions we are contemplating as humanity.
  • Be inspired by the passion and drive of intrapreneurs around the world.
  • Take a pause to reflect on our intrapreneurial potential.
  • Get creative and collaborate with other intrapreneurs around specific social challenges.

My event is titled Adaptive Innovation – Helping Intrapreneurs develop Sustainable Project ideas and will be held 10.00am Friday 12th June Melbourne time (8.00pm Thursday 11th June London time).

There is no doubt that intrapreneurs will play a critical role in our recovery and ushering in a more just, equitable, and resilient world post-COVID. My objective is to deliver an inspiring yet practical session with some tools, templates and tips for intrapreneurial projects.  It will introduce participants to the Responsible Business Model Canvas and the 10 x Essential Building Blocks of all success business projects. It will then focus on developing Responsible Project Value Propositions in order to secure Ideal Customers.  The goal is to help participants gain a holistic view of their project, develop new ideas for success, and manage these in an integrated way into the future.  In summary participants will learn

  • Overview current business challenges and trends
  • How to use the 10 x Block Responsible Business Model Canvas to take a full view of your project idea and all its key activities
  • How to develop your unique project value proposition
  • How to find and keep your ideal customers
  • How to make a Business Case for your Project Idea
